Graham moves to delay defense, CIA confirmations

Sen. Lindsey Graham is planning to delay the confirmations of President Barack Obama's nominees to head the CIA and the Pentagon until he gets more information about the administration's handling of an attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
